[UX] Confusing invitation state

Describe the bug
The label for invitation link when toggled on but says "Deactivate invite link" with state on, which seems confusing.

It sounds like it will deactivate the link after hitting the "Invite Member" button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. View Members
2. Activate invitation link
3. Close modal and reopen
4. See confusing state

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Should say similar "Allow invitation link" with the state
