Config to turn off FORMORE

Clear and concise description of the problem

Currently if there are subcommands, there will be a For more info, run any command with the --help flag text and then each subcommand will be listed for a second time with --help after it.

I'm working on a tool right now that has a good number of subcommands. The re-listing of subcommands takes up far too much space & I don't feel like it adds any useful information. I'd like to be able to disable this FORMORE help information entirely, ideally, or at least not re-duplicate each and every subcommand.

Better document --help and leave out the FORMORE text entirely.
