Allow downloading archives in other languages to in-app archives folder for Electron packaged apps #818
Description
Currently, the Electron packaged apps (Wikivoyage, WikiMed) don't expose the internal archive location for direct download of archives in other languages. Instead, the user must click on a mirror in-app, and save the archive to a folder that they select in the Save As dialogue. The archive then downloads in-app (with progress indicators). However, after download, the newly downloaded archive is not shown: the user must pick it again. This is cumbersome.
Instead, we should leverage the Direct Download option that exists in the PWA. The Direct Download should offer to save the archive to the archives folder in-app, or the user can use one of the other links to save it to a different location. This needs to be clearer to the user.
