`type=python` is to be retired and `debugpy` should be used instead of looking for `python`

This has actually caused the debug test failed with any of the options listed that require `type=python` on the README. 

VSCode is officially retiring `python` and using `debugpy` will not work with pytest-test-explorer for some critical debugging in library code if ever has to be the case.
