[BUG] Proxy arguments are ignored

Current Behavior

Proxy argument is ignored, both HTTP and HTTPS
proxy access log is missing any relevant record

Expected Behavior

Proxy's accces log should contain records showing that sessions were established

How Reproducible

Always (Default)

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce run command like
home/igor/.kantra/kantra analyze --overwrite --log-level=500 --input /home/igor/github.com/kantra-cli-tests/data/applications/tackle-testapp-public --output /home/igor/MTA/reports-automation --target cloud-readiness --https-proxy http://localhost:3128
Replace proxy URL with any existing one, when command will finish to run analysis - grab proxy access log, it will not have any relevant record

- OS: Fedora 43
- Podman
- Squid running in podman
