Some ideas:
Add LED results of indicator detection for multiple indicators to ledregistrationimage.png
Add a check for the percentage of the LED template image that is outside the frame
Add a check protocol parameter per mask and check detection against protocol for mask 2 and 3
Add a parameter for which indicator channels to use in stats.html parameters
