Confused about the included level 1 vocabulary

I studied Mandarin for one semester in a US university and am now exploring HSK.

If I understand things correctly, the new HSK 3.0[2025] level 1 contains 300 characters and 500 words. I believe this is what Wikipedia says.

However, I see 1204 notes for level 1 in the Anki deck I downloaded today.

Can someone explain? Does the current Anki deck cover version 3.0[2025]?

There are four deck for each level (Audio, Meaning, Pinyin and Write) subdeck. The HSK 1 deck contains words 301 * 4 = 1,204.
Also original list contains 有（一）点儿 and in Anki deck it is added like this 有点儿 and 一点儿. Similar for other list also added.

1. I see 301 * 4 = 1204 words, but shouldn't there be 500? For example: https://mandarinbean.com/new-hsk-1-word-list/
2. I'm still new to Anki, but I thought a common strategy is to create multiple cards from a single note. I'm curious why you have four separate decks with their own notes rather than a single list of 301 notes and then 4 cards per note. Can you elaborate?

That is old, there are two HSK 3.0 list, one is released in 2021 and another in 2025. In 2021, the list contains 500, but 2025 version has less number of words.

The separate deck used to practice the dedicated type of notes, if four card added per note then it will be not easy review only one type of card.
