Support to the L1 Pectra Upgrade
This release is for supporting the L1 Pectra upgrade, enabling L2 to read and process L1 blocks.
❗ All nodes must upgrade to this version before L1 activates the Pectra upgrade.❗
Corresponding geth release is https://github.com/kroma-network/go-ethereum/releases/tag/v0.6.3 and kroma release is https://github.com/kroma-network/kroma/releases/tag/v2.1.2.
Please refer to this guide to upgrade your node.
