Refactor Kruize tests, reduce report size and execution time

With the new namespace recommendations feature added to Kruize remote monitoring mode - the size of extended tests report report-extended.html is around 885 MB now and the browser becomes unresponsive on trying to loading the test cases and the results. The overall test execution time has also increased with namespace and GPU testcase additions.

One observation is that for medium_term_test_false and long_term_test_false extended testcases - as there are only 96 data points being considered, there are no medium or long term recommendations generated.

In this case, should we skip long and medium term testcases for both container and namespace experiments, as we know only short term recommendations will be generated?
