incorrect connection string

I've published a web project, and created database.
But when I try to run SimpleSqlMigrate.exe, first its asking for connection string. After add my connection string it's give an error:

"incorrect connection string"

@kshyju Can you please show us, how to add connection string.

Currently I'm adding connection string as below:
"DefaultConnection": "user id=sa;password=abc@123;Data Source=PCT;Database=TeamBins"

It should be the connection string value. Try this
user id=sa;password=abc@123;Data Source=PCT;Database=TeamBins

But having some weird issue, IIS Express not able to launch this project, what could be the issue?
