Remove any references to "community meeting"

The "Kubernetes Community Meeting" has not occurred for several years. However, there are still references to this defunct meeting within the kubernetes/community repository.

Since k8s.dev consumes content from this repository, these outdated references are appearing in search results and confusing new contributors looking for meeting information.

Proposed Changes

• Search for and remove references to the "Community Meeting" in the documentation.

Hi. I'm validating with @chris-short . Seems that he refers to the references in the Kubernetes/community project like this one.https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/communication/README.md?plain=1#L31

As those meetings aren't being held anymore the appropriate solution would be to remove those meering references and update the comms file so it's up-to-date (whenever it applies)

Contributor Site Context (k/ is short for the Kubernetes org when referring to repositories):

Several items from the k/community repo are pulled in as content for K8s.dev (k/contributor-site). You'll see this when you run a make on the contributor-site locally. It's usually listed in the comments of a given file in k/contributor-site if the content is pulled from elsewhere. You can check the Makefile to see which script is doing the heavy lifting (I always have to).

History of the Community Meeting:

The Kubernetes Community Meeting, which ran for many years, was a SIG ContribEx-facilitated event where all SIGs and leadership would join to collaborate on work in progress. If you see a reference to "Community Meeting" or "Weekly Community Meeting" without an organizational group around it, it's likely referring to this now-defunct meeting (which hasn't happened in years). Some of those references are actual meeting notes or artifacts that we will want to keep. Other mentions of the community meeting in the k/community repo may need to be removed as part of the work on k/contributor-site.

What to do:

I ran a search on K8s.dev (which uses Google under the hood) for "Community Meeting" to find some references to the defunct meeting. At the very least, we should address the search hits.

If we wanted to expand the scope to do the same thing in the k/community repo, we can, but we should do that as a separate issue in that repo.

I will start by searching for 'Community Meeting' on k8s.dev as you suggested and cross-referencing those hits with the files in this repository. I will ping again if I have any doubts :)
