Description
When running the chrombpnet bias pipeline, all profile- and counts-related files are generated correctly. However, when running the chrombpnet pipeline with almost the same parameters, several files and directories related to the counts output are missing — only the profile results were produced. Could you please advise what might cause this discrepancy? Thank you.
