Add support for the new Backstage Frontend system

We should add support for the new Backstage frontend system.

The components should be available under an /alpha route as suggested by the Migrating Guide.

When Backstage v1.30 was released, they encouraged all plugin owners to add support for the new frontend system to their plugins. As stated in the release notes

This release marks another big milestone for the New Frontend System. We encourage all plugin owners to add support for the new frontend system to their plugins

When adding the new frontend extensions, we should also update the local setup to use the new frontend system
