使用场景 ： Chrome default browser Version 144.0.7559.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) ， Windows : Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.7623)
触发条件 ： 当前5个谷歌账号登入时 ， 点击第二个谷歌账号授权， app 显示成功授权 ， 但是账号没有自动添加
临时解决方案 ： 使用edge 单独登入账号 ， 并再次手动拷贝Oauth ， 就能成功登上
