Num Lock on sends both the number and arrow input for a keypress

For example, starting with this textbox focused:

Num Lock ON, pressed numpad 2/down arrow:

=both arrow key and number events sent

Num Lock OFF, pressed numpad 2/down arrow:

(correct behavior)

Ah interesting, that could be something in our code, I remember having to hack some stuff to support ctrl+tab switching tabs. I'll have a look.
