Set the OCI version label for the Docker Images Manually #46
Description
The Open Container Initiative (OCI) version label automatically generated by the Docker Metadata Action seems to be generated from the Docker image tags instead of using the version that was extracted from the GitHub Actions workflow (i.e., from the name of the Git name). This version is not consistent across the versions of the image and it sometimes includes some of the versions of the dependencies. The label should just be set manually to the current version.
