Hi @pookdeveloper! I'm Dosu and I’m helping the MeetingBar team.

MeetingBar fetches events from the macOS Calendar app using EventKit, treating all events (including Teams) generically—so if a Teams event isn’t visible in the macOS Calendar, it won’t appear in MeetingBar either. Common reasons for missing events include sync delays between Teams and the macOS Calendar, calendar selection/filtering in MeetingBar, or issues with how meeting links are detected (for example, if the Teams link is wrapped in a way MeetingBar doesn’t recognize) source.

Known workarounds for sync issues: verify the event appears in the macOS Calendar app, check that the relevant calendar is enabled in MeetingBar, and review your MeetingBar filters (like “only show events with meeting links”). If events still don’t sync, try restarting MeetingBar or, as some users have found, delete the MeetingBar settings folder at ~/Library/Containers/leits.MeetingBar and reinstall the app (note: this will reset your configuration) source.

There’s no advanced logging for calendar sync in MeetingBar, so persistent issues may require monitoring system logs. Also, since you’re on a macOS beta, compatibility issues are possible—keep an eye out for future updates to either MeetingBar or macOS that might address this.
