Error using dwsimopt

FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'DWSIM.UI.Desktop, Version=7.1.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
   at DWSIM.Automation.Automation2..ctor(). How to resolve this error?
