BLE Device Protocol Support #497

Over at home-assistant/core#152566 (comment) I have done some work to try to decode the modified version of the LEDNET protocol used by BLE devices. My devices report as AK001-ZJ21511 and some of the protocol fields match up, but of course the wire format and padding seem to differ. They are based on the PHY6252 chipset.
Has anyone here worked with similar devices? Anyone have any tips to offer on decoding new versions of the protocol?
