[BUG] "Page Not Found" when clicking hyperlink on preview

When I add a link to an article using "Insert/Edit Link" tool in a cell, in the preview of the table when I click on that link it redirects me to https://<host>/%7BlocalLink:umb://document/<document-id> which is not accurate link to the document and redirects to 404 **Page Not Found**.
