Github Actions: Lingo.dev v. 0.129.0 broken npm packages

What's happening?

Using lingodotdev/lingo.dev@main in Github Actions currently breaks due to an npm package error. From earlier CI runs we see that 0.128.0 version worked.

Exact Reproduction Steps

1. Use the lingodotdev/lingo.dev@main
2. It will pull the latest version of lingo dev
3. It will break due to unknown option '--gpg-sign'

Expected

Lingo should be able to be run with the Github Actions command.

Actual

It is failing.
