With the Super+S shortcut, you can make all Desklets appear untill unfocussing them.
I would suggest a different shortcut, that would toggle between desklets always being ontop and not.
To not make this super cluttered for people that use alot of desklets, every applet can me marked as primary, and only those marked will work with this shortcut.
