[BUG] doesn't install metadata.db

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

The initial set up needs to copy https://github.com/janeczku/calibre-web/raw/master/library/metadata.db to /config/ or you can't get past the initial setup screen after logging in.

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

start via to compose file
login
try to set /config and /books paths

Environment

- OS: Fedora release 41 (Forty One)
- How docker service was installed: dnf

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

as in repo.

This isn't something we plan to add. The application is expecting the end user to bring their own database. If we end up copying in a blank one, there is risk that it'll overwrite users already existing database.
