Homebrew GDAL installation and missing LERC compression

This writing this incase anyone else looks for a way to use GDAL and the LERC compression via Homebrew and seeing errors of

Cannot open TIFF file due to missing codec LERC

The libtiff library that is a dependancy of GDAL via Hombrew doesn't actually support LERC
It has been noted that this is missing with the brew bottles. Homebrew/homebrew-core#156045

I found a quick way around this, rather than building GDAL which takes a while, is to quickly alter the brew formula for libtiff - Formula/lib/libtiff.rb to include liblerc

Your script is based on a particular version of the brew formula. If anyone wants to repeat this with the latest version of libtiff.rb, download https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/main/Formula/lib/libtiff.rb and make these two modifications:

• Comment out the "bottle do" lines starting at about line 14 (i.e. add # to the start of each line, down to the line that says "end")
• Add depends_on "liblerc" at about line 28
• Add --enable-liblerc to the args list (about line 37)

I installed it with the command

brew reinstall --formula libtiff.rb
