Fix CI pipeline #228
Description
The CI pipeline has been broken for a long time now, meaning that none of the Dependabot PRs can be merged safely. Which in turn means the repository is bit-rotting fast.
To do:
- Renew Actions secrets
- Copy Actions secrets to Dependabot secrets
