Fail to update market data for BTC on testnet

Description

Received the below error when running atomic agent locally, so cannot update market data for BTC.

This is probably because the addresses are [] in this line, when updating market data for BTC:

Since the BTC address we configured in testnet doesn't have any BTC balance, the returned addresses are [] in

atomicagent/src/models/Market.js

The problem has gone after we sent some BTC to the testnet account. But it's weird why updating market data would require the account to have some balance.
