Connect to database behind a proxy

Hello Team,

Thank you for this great job 😄 

I have issue connecting to the database, caused literally by the proxy.

Is there a way to set proxy ? I checked the code, the connectionPolicy is set to direct default connection config.

Can we set it to Gateway connection config ?

We found CosmosClientProxy, what does that do ? And how can it be used ?
