Can MAESTRO run on rat?

Hello,

We are trying to get MAESTRO running for both some mouse and some rat scRNA-Seq data. In looking at this tutorial: https://baigal628.github.io/MAESTRO_documentation/scrna.html the only options for --species is GRCh38 or GRCm38. I don't see anything obvious about how to make custom reference files for other species. Is this possible?
