Show recently used emojis

Add a new category populated with recently selected emojis.

One possible challenge would be localization: category names are based on Emojibase's data so they are automatically localized but this one wouldn't, there would need to be a way to override its name.

Hi! Yes feel free to open a PR, but as my message says above I think the biggest challenge for this issue is an API design one rather than a technical one. I'd be glad to help when I find some time.
