Describe the bug

'LLMDBENCH_VLLM_MODELSERVICE_GAIE_PRESETS_CONFIG' used to contain the GAIE configuration as a base64 encoded string. This environment variable no longer exists.

Steps to reproduce

Run an end-to-end experiment with modelservice, and observe env inside the harness pod.
