Archive.org has old ICE detention stats. @micahflee suggested:
it would be interesting to download all of the historical ICE data from archive.org, and then make the app retain and commit newer data too. Then we can have a separate visualization that shows the change over time
Not sure how best to do this but this seems like a good idea
