Consolidate source files for completions, hovers and signatures

I've started some of the process of generating completions and hovers from the signature, but there's still a bunch of files for the variables and functions from the UDFs that basically have the same information repeated.

Still need to do the default functions, and figure out where to put things like constants and macros that can have completions and hovers but not signatures
