v5: FieldArray's push/remove should set form as touched

What happened?

Form is not set as touched when using push and remove functions from useFieldArray.

My current workaround is to define a meta field using the same name but prefixed with underscore:

/*
 * This component consists of dynamically added/removed fields, and can contain between
 * 0 and N fields. This is a meta field to track the overall state of the component.
 */
const { setTouched } = useField<symbol>(() => `_${properties.name}`)

const { fields, update, remove, push } = useFieldArray<{ id: string, name: string }>(() => properties.name)

const handleAdd = () => {
  push({ id: '', name: '' })
  setTouched(true)
}

const handleRemove = (index: number) => {
  remove(index)
  setTouched(true)
}
