im_lternet_files does not belong into the profile file tree

Those documentation files do not belong there, as this is meant to install from scratch.  As it is, at best the profile install would ignore that tree. At worst, it will break the automatic installs.  Suggest those files are moved along to other documentation sources, such a new repo, or a google book, or even the Wiki pages of this repository.
