Bug: Mismatch between APIs and languages

The homepage (https://machinetranslate.org) says that there are 85 APIs.

The page on English (https://machinetranslate.org/english) says that only 66 APIs support English.

Are there really 19 APIs that don't support English, or do we have a bug?

My bet is we have a bug. Maybe something to do with locales (like en-UK).

@bittlingmayer I checked all the APIs that don't list English, and above are the reasons why. So, technically, there aren't any issues.

Got it, many are not active.

Moses is really not an API, it's a system.

It is somewhat like a model in that it needs to served etc. But not clear if it comes with some generic trained version or it also needs to be trained to use at all.

I'd be for removing it, except that TMSes support it, and also it has historical importance.

Probably the easiest route is to just leave it as an API, and note all of this in the text of the Moses article.
