Quick Start

  1. Analyze a pipeline:

    pipelinex analyze .github/workflows/ci.yml
  2. See the improvements:

    pipelinex optimize .github/workflows/ci.yml --diff
  3. Apply optimizations:

    pipelinex optimize .github/workflows/ci.yml --output ci-optimized.yml

Real-World Example

See examples/real-world/ for a complete before/after showing:

  • Before: 31-minute Node.js pipeline costing $248/month
  • After: 6-minute pipeline costing $48/month
  • Savings: $14,880/year ($200/month compute + 41.6 hours/month developer time)
