Podcasts don't resume, sorting and filtering reset, skip intro doesn't work

Hello, all. I've just started using Pinepods (I'm running it off my NAS), but I'm having some issues. Please let me know if there's something I'm misunderstanding.

1. Podcasts don't resume where I left off, but instead start from the beginning.
2. The sorting and filtering reset every time I open a podcast page. I want to keep some podcasts listed from oldest to newest instead of vice versa.
3. The skip intro doesn't work. I have it set as 0-300 seconds on one podcast, but the podcast always starts at 0.

Hey @RyanGannon, thanks for the questions.

So first of all, where are you playing them from? The single episode page I assume? There was a bug on that page that I literally just fixed that was causing episode to start from scratch everytime rather than resuming. So that should be fixed in the next update 0.7.9.

Second, correct, currently the sorting and filtering does not retain. I don't blame you for wanting that to save. I'm working on an implementation where that setting will be saved in the browser settings. So coming soon.

Finally, I just tested the skip settings and didn't have an issue?

Perhaps that's also related to number 1. Starting on the episode page could again be causing that. Which if that's the case. Will be fixed soon in 0.7.9

@madeofpendletonwool Thank you so much for your reply. I didn't know there was a "single episode page". I've just been playing them from the list of episodes. If I had the time, I'd investigate further and make a PR. In the meantime, I'll await the update.
