Arrow keys and OK Button not working on Amazon Prime Video

For some reason the arrow keys (and a few other buttons) have stopped working on just the Prime Video app and nowhere else that I can find. I'm using an LG 65C3PUA on webOS23 / 8.4.0-1601. I have confirmed no issues on other applications and the home screen.
