Hi @maksim-paskal, I wanted to check to see if you're working on this project and/or accepting contributions.

I've been working in my fork to bring dependencies up to date, as well as add features:

• dry run flag
• flag to enable DIsableEvication to bypass PDBs
• configurable threshold for NotBefore (eg: ignore events that are too far in the future)
• option to calculate pod grace period dynamically (eg: if the disruption event is in 1 minute, this ensures the pod termination grace period is less than 1 minute)
• query instance metadata for /healthz endpoint
• wait for IMDS to be available before starting
• native Slack integration for alerts (though this is very rudimentary and is still a work-in-progress)

I'd be happy to queue up a bunch of pull requests if you think you have time to review them.

I'm definitely still maintaining this project and would be very happy to accept contributions. The features you've listed sound great and would add significant value.

Please feel free to submit PRs for these features. To make the review process smoother, I'd suggest:

• Submitting separate PRs for each feature (or logically grouped features) rather than one large PR
• Including any relevant documentation updates
• Adding tests where applicable

I'll do my best to review them in a timely manner. Looking forward to your contributions!

Sounds good - I'll get some pull requests queued up over the next few days.

I will stack the PRs, but will initially set the base branch of each subsequent PR to be the previous PR's head branch.

I have Renovate running against my fork, so versions are pinned in various places (like Github actions workflows and Dockerfiles). Let me know if you'd like those pinned versions removed.

I have 2 PRs queued up - the second is a Draft right now.

I realized that I can't really stack them the way I wanted because the pull requests are across forks.

After those 2 PRs, I'll queue up upgrade to Go 1.25 (I'm happy to skip that you'd like to stay on 1.24) as well as bumping dependencies in go.mod. Then I have some chart-related updates, and then I'll get into the features.
