enhancement: being able to load a NDX file

I raise a similar possible enhancement to what I proposed here. It'd be great if one could load a pdb/SMILES and at the same time a NDX file to, for example, visualize the mapping that someone else did and edit if (if needed). As far as I understood this can't be done currently.

Great idea, but I'll have to see when I have time to implement this.
Would loading a .map file also add functionality? The main issue will be to make sure the provided files are consistent with each other.
