Crashs on API 29 - API 28

Hello people.
I have an IONIC 4 application and to perform the migration to meet API 28 and 29, I upgraded the version of cordova-plugin-background-geolocation to 3.0.1 (previously used 2.3.6).
I am getting the error below on Android:
