Race condition between persistence layer load and remoteChange

When pulling changes from remote db via ElectricSQL I run into issues with race conditions when pushing to changes.modifed in the remote listener on SyncManager.

By default Electric sends the modified columns in an update message, not the complete row.

This issues appears to be that lastSnapshot is undefined in the syncWithData function. A workaround is to use replica: 'full' with ElectricSql or not use the validation event, similar/related to #1622.

Sounds a bit like you're receiving changes before the first pull has completed. Is that correct?
I'm not very familiar with ElectricSQL, so if you can provide a minimal reproduction, that would be super helpful.
