[BUG] Chat overflow #80
Description
🐛 Bug Report
When there are too many messages in the chat the text input element gets pushed up. empty messages. have to scroll to see newest message
Steps to Reproduce
send a lot of messages in the chat until they fill the entire box and keep sending messages

Expected Behavior
- The message bar (text input element) should stay in place no matter how many messages there are in the chat.
- Also the newest message should always be visible
- It shouldn't be possible to send empty messages ""
