Allow loading a config file without immediately applying changes

It would be useful if Winhance allowed selecting or loading a config file without forcing the changes to be applied immediately.

Instead, after loading a config, the app could offer options like:

• Apply now
• Edit or adjust settings inside the config first

This would help users who want to:

• Review what a config actually changes before applying it
• Make small edits to a config instead of accepting everything as-is
• Prepare configs in advance and apply them later

In short, loading a config should not automatically mean “apply everything right now.”
Making this optional would give users more control and help avoid unwanted changes.
