Moving between queues in different regions

Hi there!

Is there any AWS API limitation on copying/moving data between different regions? I'd assume it should be possible but i don't see how to pass the destination region when resolving the queue URL (

is this something that you've thought about?

The use case i'm thinking of supporting is to failover sqs from one region to another and then move whatever entries are left behind
