AWS released redrive API covering moving of messages between queues

AWS announced support to move messages from DLQ to the source queue using the new redrive API on June 8, 2023: https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2023/06/amazon-sqs-dead-letter-queue-redrive-aws-sdk-cli/

FYI, AWS only supports DLQ redrive for standard queues, not FIFO queues.
