Identify missing opposite terms across the MP ontology #4205

Description

@anna-anagnostop

Need to review current sibling and/or parent-child relationships across the MP ontology to identify potentially missing opposite terms i.e. pairs of terms that represent contrasting phenotypes, such as an increase versus a decrease in the same measurement. These terms are typically grouped under a common parent term related to the abnormal feature.

For example, if there is a child term “increased X”, the opposite child term “decreased X” should also exist, although such terms might not always represent biologically relevant phenotypes. The same applies to thick/thin, large/small, impaired/enhanced, broad/narrow or any other such binary opposites, including anticipated terms not yet formally requested.

The purpose of this ticket is to identify missing terms and create new relevant child and/or parent terms to reduce gaps in coverage and improve annotation accuracy.
