Special LinkCollectionItem type "find more" card

Carousels are a hack, that's why the pattern should be: show 5-10 items in a collection and then add a show more link.

I think the easiest way to do this is by using a different link collection item type that has only a label + href/target. Then you have a prominent "show all projects" (or whatever text you want to type there). You just link to a new page which has the full list of things.
