gem is missing

In the afternoon, I filled out the gem with information about 180 family members, now I go in, there's nothing there, I don't know what to do, nothing was deleted, and nothing was done after filling it out.

Hard to tell what happened, without more information, and whether the data is still available somewhere.
I think in general it is better to maintain the family tree(s) on a laptop, using a good keyboard, then push it to FamilyGem.
