Keep getting errors while deploying the App

Describe the bug
While deploying via Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos, I keep getting the following error:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy 266-hotfix using Azure Pipelines
2. Click on Run Pipeline
